Girls today are probably more aware that some people find it hot to watch. Which makes them less likely to upload that type of photos.
Secondly, the sites used today are more private than before. Instagram are mostly private, just a small portion of users have a public profile. Twitter are used less and less for photos and drunken tweets are in general are getting more uncommon. Twitter are getting more "formal". Facebook are almost 100% private. I'd guess there's a ton of photos and videos there that we'll never find.
People don't document their nights out in the same way as before neither. 5-10 years ago in most group of girls at least one had a digital camera with them in the bag that they used to take pictures of more or less everything during the night. Today the digital camera are collecting dust in their flat as the telephone has a camera. Resulting in less taken pics (since they don't think about taking pics) but also that they don't have to upload it to the internet to let their friends view. They can simply send the pictures directly to the involved persons.
Last but not least. The taboo for girls to pee outside are getting lower. At leat in some parts of Europe. I don't know about the US. And if there's no taboo then there's nothing to take a picture of.
I think the best days of the internet are behind us. It will only get worse. And to add salt in the wound: Pay sites are struggling like never before since most material are pirated. There's really very few quality sites out there today.
If we're lucky the higher quality of living in South America, especially Brazil, and Asia (China/India) may give us some new material in the future. I don't know how they view partying and public peeing for women though.
