I think the bigger question about that photo is whether it’s really a 3L pitcher. The perspective makes it hard to judge size with any confidence but if I was just looking at this photo without any backstory I’d *guess* a 2L pitcher, which is just more common - doesn’t have to be a deliberate deception, just an easy mistake especially if there aren’t clear labels. That would still be a liter plus pee though since the top marking is usually a bit below the actual top/actual capacity of the container.
