The Public toilets from where she is are both about 7-8 minutes walk at least - then you need to get into them (pay toilets!) and into a stall. Either way - heading towards one of these toilets would have taken her at least 10-12 minutes till she is finally into a stall and over a bowl.. She actually looks close to her limit though - but even if she isn’t - judging from the strength and the duration (!!) of her stream - she simply didn’t have another 10-12 minutes!
