I think we can safely say this is totally impossible to verify as there is not enough evidence.
'Two days' worries me a bit, if held for long enough, urine can force its way back up into the kidneys and cause kidney damage which is very serious (can kill you). Sorry to get all serious, just thought I'd point this out.
