If you can't link directly from a site like this it can't be traced back to the site. I think that in in the past e.g. Phot0bucket used hits from sites like this to trace and ban adult content.

Remember that not all posters intend their pictures to be seen by everyone - some upload in mistake which is why once people comment they get taken down..
