Two videos come to mind - neither exactly as you described it. I remember a staged video of some trashy singer/guitarist - Terry Gender Bender - where she spread her legs and peed her pants on purpose on stage. Another one I remember is a band doing a performance on stage and the guitarist is a woman who has her legs squeezed together and as soon as the song is over she runs off the stage - presumably to the bathroom. I haven't seen either of those two videos in years. What you're describing sounds much better than anything I've seen.
