I worked out how to get the videos from this site. I looked at the source code for the blog and then found the videos were embedded (damn) but then followed an 'embed' link and looked at it's source code. using the search within the code offered by Firefox I located the .mp4 files and copied/pasted their URLs into Firefox's download window - BINGO!

Downthemall might be easier but haven't tried that yet... (tried it and it doesn't see the files)
