It's funny, from that still, I'm 99% sure that's this forum's "Marissa," whose pictures were posted by a user named bunny89 back in 2013. For a while she posted on a forum called peefans.com under the name "kate<3" and it was there she posted a few shots that looked just like that still from that video.
