There are lots of add-ons to chose from, depending on what browser you're using. You should look for "image downloader" or "video downloader" and see what you like best.
I loved to use "DownThemAll" (with Firefox) which was super convenient but somehow wasn't supported any further and died not too long ago. Since then I'm kinda jumping from one add-on to another ...
Maybe some of my fellow users would light to shed some light and share their recommendations?!?
