Staged situation, real desperation. Almost lost total control and boy what a look of relief just as she lets go FULLY CLOTHED when she makes it to a toilet.
She is doing a political protest about the washrooms in Germany all requiring payment (and 10 years later, USA thought hey lets do that too so obviously it worked out)
