I would tend to agree with Trixi2000, the shape is so natural. I wish we had more shots of her with tits out so we could all make a unanimous decision.
.... On the other side of the argument, some of the surgeons these days do incredible work. So, I would NOT "bet the farm" on it one way or the other.
