I checked some older ja-ku photos and she doesn't seem to have the moles. I also went onto the Amaturi site and found a way to get the larger photos. Scrape the link and replace the 500x500.jpg with 1024x1024.jpg. for example: hxxps://aws-foto.amateri.com/foto/5/6/4/6/g1551704/12417223/1024x1024.jpg
