This is more prevalent in Big Brother Canada seasons as the toilet area is just a stall and not enclosed, thus a mic need not be on in order to hear.

I have attached a video as an example and have many other videos if there is interest for them. Also, my main source is youtube, but if anyone else knows where to access Big Brother live feeds (of any country), please let me know.
