Nikola 7912 at Czech Casting, I suspect it is her, her age would comply, not sure about those tattoos and piercings, but she might have got them later, after those LS photosets were shot.
Or I'm wrong and it's not her, but the resemblance is very close, as well as breast size and stuff.. However, there are many Nikola's in Czech Casting, so mayhaps it is another one..
