How to record underwater

Hi, I would like to know what type of camera I can use to record in secret inside the water. Example this video, how he made it?

Action cam or phone

Most action cameras, like Go Pro, are water proof and do great!
Samsung's Galaxy phones have been water proof since around the S6 or S7. Now the newer iPhones are too. Salt water is bad for phones, so not really advised, but fine if you rinse it quickly. Chlorine pools aren't great, but not as bad as salt water.

I contacted some sellers and they say all the same thing they sell waterproof watch, not water resistant watch. It can't go inside water, someone know a place where I can buy water resistant watch to record in North America?

Thanks

Ok, but I can't go to a public pool with a camera like this, they are going to throw me out or call the cops...
