Hi guys, can you suggest me the best camera for these porpouses?

- 4k format video quality (30fps/60fps)
- highest details possible (better than Iphone 11 pro)
- portable size: smartphone, compact camera or 360 camera (not bigger than an avg smartphone size)
- possibility to do great recordings also in dark environments or in days with clouds.
- no black darker black color (I love to spy girls with black spandex or jeans)

- great slow motion feature
- possibility to shot remotely by using the smartphone

Please help. My porpouse it's to do street spying, supermarkets, change rooms, etc.. The camera will invisibly obculted under inside a modified jacket or bag.
