"Upskirt King" active or retired??
 

There was a creator called "upskirt king" who specialized in outdoor uppies at outdoor events like food festivals, flea markets, Oktoberfests, outdoor plays, etc etc. He was on the old xhamster until he got frustrated with it and left. He jumped to xvideos.com but seems to have vanished from xvideos. Did he retire? Get caught? Lose interest in doing it? Here is a sample of his work:
