I remember seeing this, it was shot at the starting area for a marathon (I cannot remember where it was) before the start of the race

It must have been the Berlin Marathon!

I considered the Berlin Marathon, too, but it always takes place in late September, whereas here the surroundings seem more like spring to me. The start area in Berlin is only accessible for runners, so the videographer must have run the race himself.
Besides that, I don't hear any German spoken. In my opinion, it could also be another big marathon in Europe, like Paris or London.

Cycle racing. Long hours in the saddle. How to pee while racing? For the men, pull to the side of the road. But what about the women? Modern cycling outfits are all-in-one, you can't take it all off in public, so what are the ladies of road racing to do?

There are a few full races recorded on youtube, hours of footage and I haven't seen any obvious peeing.

Or have I? This video: youtube.com/watch?v=6asLvGkTkEc of the 2017 French women's championships is three-plus hours long, and I didn't see anyone stop...

But I did notice something odd. It was a sunny day, dry roads, but one (only one) of the cameras recording seemed to be covered in water droplets... This camera motorbike was covering the back of the peloton; where some of the riders were hanging back in places.

This clip from around the 47 minute mark looks to me like one rider peeing in the saddle, and the camera crew right behind her getting a surprise!

There is a good possibility that she peed! The reaction of camera man was great.

I used to race a lot - sometimes smaller races would mix mens and women categories - though you were not supposed to ride in the same group.

I was in one race that ended in a long climb - at the base _al_l the women stopped to pee by the side of the road! It was basically a "sporting agreement" they made during the lead-up.

I've seen riders, both men and women pee from the saddle while being pushed by a team mate - we guys just roll up one short leg and stick our thing out - the women just pee in the seat- sometimes dumping a whole bottle of water in their shorts after.

Why? Different race? To be honest from seeing the vid there isn't much else it could be even if that isn't a wet patch in the pic.

What you think is a wet spot is perfectly symetrical, piss through clothing is not. Also, do you really think the girl would be so proud of her pee spot to pose for a picture, and not change her pants or elect to cover it up with a jacket? Wake up, Its a design in her pants.

I don't know how to capture or download the video and I don't think we're supposed to post links but search YouTube for "First Time Weeing on a Bike Ride." (FFS don't post creepy comments. It's like a guaranteed way to make sure the video gets taken down). Can't see much but it fits this thread and the girl is cute af.
