This image urls stay always the same, also when an album is "deleted" !
I have found some fusker from galleries and if you go back to the album url it says "album dont exist" in czech language. If you go back to an existing and protected gallery, you got the login page.
What you mean only hapens if pictures are exchanged or renamed.
But even than you can try to figure it out. He uses almost IMG_ , DSCN_ etc. or after the main image number an _1.jpg.

NN but lots of potential :)
