I think that as this is a commercial clip produced by Bound2Burst it would actually be illegal to redistribute it here. Does anyone know about this?

It depends where the server is as to which jurisdiction we are in, but it is my understanding that it would be illegal. It's no different to posting a pic on facebook of which you are not the licence holder, and you don't have permission from the licence holder. 'Commercial' doesn't come in to it, what the licence holder intends to do with the material isn't relevant.
