There are many ways to save and post images. The very best is save the images as they are with the best resolution, and post the image with the original file name, having checked that the image has not been posted first (more on how to check if it has already been posted later). To save an image in Firefox you can right click the image and click Save Image As But if this option does not appear it has been blocked. Screen grabs give others a view of your PC you might not want them to see...
