Most of the men who were using the urinals left in horror but one stood pissing and seemed to be surreptitiously watching the women pee, I am sure he was trying to make his pee last as long as he could. I had a good ten minutes or more of watching women pee into the urinals and no-one knew I could see them.

here is a pic of a similar urinal the one in the services was comprised of four of these, in total about thirty feet long and the nearest to me was only about ten feet away.

We discovered that a number of coaches had all arrived together taking the women to the camp for a protest. there were reputedly 50,000 women there that day.

Did more of them approach the urinal from the front or the back?

Do you think that that the standing (almost all female urinal use I've seen has involved backing up and squatting over the urinal as if it were a toilet) had to do with the fact that it was a women's liberation event, and therefore encouraging each other to "take a stand"?
Did any of them aim with their fingers or wear pants that they pulled down? How many of them peed forwards instead of downwards?

I am fascinated that women have to sit. I get crazy when I See a Woman on the toilet.

Decades ago my wife took a "Deviant Psychology" course and for extra marks wanted to do a study of an actual person and so pestered me to tell her some weird thing that turned me on. I was somewhat surprised how happy she was to hear this :D

Her analysis concluded it all came from several specific subhood experiences that I had described for her.

The few times I felt deep intimacy with girls my own age all seemed to involved them deciding to go pee in front of me. It wasn't sexual, more of an emotional reaction to them being that comfortable around me.
