I'm 100% sure most women can produce over a liter when totally full. We have larger bladders so we can still hold some while pregnant. If this girl pees straight down and water level being low like it is in that video, even a basic steady stream would be loud. I think in many voyeur videos the girls are pushing to try to get everything done asap which artificially shorten the time. Also pushing tends to throw it forward into the dry part of the bowl making it quieter. Also being turned on can effect this by causing an involuntary opening of the lips allowing it to go more forward aswell. If this girl is tight enough then it would go straight down when sitting assuming shes not turned on. Since she had to #2 she probably would be a little nervous and therefore involuntarily tightened. I should also mention, being turned on seems to reduce capacity even when trying to hold, as I can personally attest to. This certainly effects porn videos.

All this is to say the time, sound, and capacity is highly dependent on mood. A girl in a porn video will produce shorter pees. Same is true of someone in public trying to push everything out. I agree with Jessica. The video we're talking about is 100% real. The pee is not forceful and she just let it go naturally, something very common to be honest. Women have bigger bladders than men and can hold it much than us.
