Here's an old video from a Dutch beach. It was posted on Usenet. It may have been pre-iltb, because while some girls are recognisable from later iltb videos, there is no watermark.

Another old video which includes raw footage that was nicely packaged later on the NUSA series of ILTB. Very interesting additional scenes here, especially in the last minute of the video where the kind lady with big natural boobs featured on nusa04 appears. The image quality is not that good because the file was streamed from ADSL internet back in the day. Maybe an original DVD from Eurobeach exists.
