We have a winner. The parade is sometimes good for sightings, and sometimes it is a total waste of time Weather and outside temperature really effect the event. Several years ago it was warm and there were many sightings. Sometimes it is almost spring-like, and there are many women peeing. Some years it is cold (near freezing) and fewer people attend. Sightings are rare if any.

Every year the good sighting areas are different. You have to be very discrete when hunting because there is a huge police presence
