The women in the Philly area are more willing to pee outdoors than in any other area that I have hunted. I actually hunted at a pre-concert tailgate party there one year and had about 175 sightings in one day.

I have heard that the black women in Philly will piss just about anywhere, even in ordinary day to day life. Is that true as well?

For a long time New Jersey was known as the state with the most incidents of public urination. Something they were kind of embarrassed about. It was related to them having the most bars per capita in the country. I wonder what city in Jersey has the most, and how it stacks up to Philly?

Philly is just across the river from Jersey, and both have the same attitude. I have gotten many sightings at venues both in Philly and just over the Ben Franklin Bridge

Camden has a concert venue that at one point was very good for sightings. Police actions and the closure of several lots has made it much worse for sightings.

It is not a place you want to be unless you are at the waterfront area for an event (with a large police presence) because the area is not in any way safe
