From 0:16-0:18 the girl on the left says in German (dialect):
„Oh…! Ich heb jetzt echt grad fascht in‘d Hos gmacht!“ - meaning:
„Oh…! I am serious, I have just almost already peed into my panties now!“

From 0:37-0.45 (when the boy actually seems to approach)
they both state that they will have to leave the spot though they are not yet fully done, but that they did "at least most of it", again confirming how absolutely necessary it has been for them to go IMMEDIATELY NOW...

All in all - especially together with the audio - this video is a a real GEM - it shows most extreme desperation, the girls were seriously on the very brink!

By „playing“ a bit with audio quality I can understand 99% of what is said - if anybody wants to have a full transcript, let me know!

And - many, many thanks to John Menotti who created the first translation of this gem!!!
