There are many reasons that someone cannot go out hunting for sightings. Some have family situations where they cannot get free during the best hunting times (Many people would have trouble explaining why they wanted to go out late at night without their wife / girlfriend, and would also not be able to easily go to a concert or other event without them)

Some people live in areas where there is a small population, and most people know each other. There may be few places that have any activity, and even if there was a bar where people would pee outside, it is too risky to hang around the area. The odds of people who know you seeing you there are too great.

I wasn't trying to belittle him. I just wanted to figure out how I could give helpful tips to fix his situation.

Wanting to see a girl pee outside was a curiosity I'd never admitted to anyone. I was especially confused by why some girls I knew peed easily behind trees or bushes while others made you drive twenty minutes to find a gas station. Did the techniques vary from girl to girl? Was it something to do with the size of their "pee holes" or "length of their lips"? I assumed it was something I would never see. Not even in a movie.

I rarely left my small town. Then one day in my late teens I went to an all day concert with my friend and his older brother's friends. We were all stuffed in this mini van. Sweaty, obnoxious, teenagers. We were stuck in concert traffic, and it was maybe three in the afternoon. Suddenly groups of people started getting out of their cars and peeing openly on the side of the road. Just men at first. Then eventually women. People in my van were pointing and laughing. I remember the first two girls were both like two hundred plus. I looked away because that wasn't how I wanted to see it after wondering about it for so long. Then a few minutes later it was girls not much older than me. Most going behind bushes. Some just going in the broad daylight waving at the cars. My point is you don't have to go out at night. Or look to hard or too long to see it. There are some situations where girls just pee everywhere in broad daylight.

Actually the easiest and richest venue for casual pee sightings is parking lots, rest stops etc. Nowadays most women are least bothered about privacy so a customary squat by the car after a long drive or before heading out for a long drive is quite a normal sighting. This involves young as well as middle aged.
Very few women I know would have hesitation to squat by their cars and pee if they have to knowing well the options of finding a toilet nearby or the hassle of long wait in lines not worth the trouble. They will comfortably squat down and at best use the doors of their vehicles for some semblance of privacy. Many don't even bother just going behind or between the vehicles. All you need to do is just walk by the parking lots before the start and after the finish of the event and you will be rewarded with fully exposed asses, pussies peeing in all the glory.

I was at a race track and the bathrooms were on like a small hill and i found that if i sat in a certain spot down hill i could see under all the stalls in the women's room it was a big help that the door was propped open it was an awesome night. Also when i was little i would look through the stall crack at girls when my mom would take me to the bathroom with her.

The main problem with Vegas is that there are too many places with toilets that are open 24/7 .

Even when a nightclub closes, the people there still have options to stay at a casino where the alcohol is still flowing so there is no big closing time rush to leave, causing women to not stop at the rest room before leaving.

Your best hope would be things like the NASCAR race where people tailgate in the parking lots before the event

Last weekend - plenty of nice views near the bars by the city river. The porta potties are there but some girls don't like to stand in lines. Later in the night even when the lines aren't that long girls tend to care less and prefer to go behind a tree or in some bushes.
