It's such a corny advert I don't know why you'd want a translation. They deliberately talk over each other because they're drunk and it's not supposed to be understandable.

Because I like such staged commercial videos too. It´s a stage made by life and could be happen in reality every time. And it doe´s when we watch the plenty of pictures in our collections.
