Twitch streamer does a live holding challenge on stream. People keep donating for her to hold it longer, by the end of the video she can't even speak because she's so concentrated on not peeing herself.

This isn't really voyeur per say, but it does kinda fit here. Context is that the title of the video basically translates to "I have to drink as much water as i spray [In powerwashing simulator]", and through out the hour long video, you see her avatar getting more and more desperate, until 1:21:0, where you can audibly hear her piss in a bottle
