It looks pretty real to me. Now, I don't know if she simulates or not. It is interesting because, as long as she is seated, she looks okay, but when having to stand up she suddenly becomes desperate. Probably she was working on something and hadn't realize she had to pee so badly.

Maybe a combination of different factors? She may have had to pee before, but due to the robbery she suddenly enters a kind of "extreme fear desperation"...?
