Telescope or optical zoom camera?

Hi all,

Yesterday I was looking through my binoculars to my neighboring appartement and guess what? One girl half hour naked in bathroom and the Muslim girl was praying and then closed the window blinds with her huge tits out…

So I need some tips on better equipment so I can film/photo this for myself and you guys . Is a telescope best where you can connect your phone to? Or just a good camera? It’s a fair bit away.

I will suggest nikon p950 or 1000

they have huge zoom capacity and also small sensor for nice video.. 1080p
