Yes, it's from the wandering voyeur, who used to post here on AVF until we scared him away by stealing all his stuff.
Out of the ~80 beach cabin vids, it is the only one with peeing though.

His username on AVF is/was SanchoPanco, but I don‘t know whether he‘s still around.
He‘s got his own blog now, just google it. You need to buy premium through his link to get at the videos. But maybe you‘ll find it‘s worth it.

Probably yes and no. First it depends on the country of the filmer, but in at least some countries he cannot legally post them in the first place when the filmed persons are identifiable, even if he basically has a copyright. So the original poster commits 1 infringement and the reposter 2
