I think it depends on which country you live in.
Vinted groups countries into 3 separate zones and you have to live in the right zone to be able to follow the girl and buy items from her.
* First zone: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal.
* Second zone: Germany.
* Third zone: Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Baltic countries.
For example, I live in France and I can't buy any stuff from a german girl. I tried to create an alternative account on the german site but it was detected within hours and Vinted messaged me to delete this account or they would ban me for life. Vinted is no democracy.
