Thanks a lot, Lorexxx and Chazztabago, for the explanation! The same white line is also visible at the next urinal on the right where the guy with the green sweater stands - so clearly a reflection.
Also many thanks for explaining the technical shape of these public urinals. Didn´t know about the funnel shaped opening, I have never seen such a urinal in real life.
However, it is "sweet" that she is clearly not tall enough to reach the funnel with her crotch, she actually needs to stand on tip-toes... ;-)
