I think it may be also because of Rajce itself. Some ten years ago finding pictures of girls from various countries peeing outside was not that hard. Nowadays most of the websites hosting those pictures are down, like Picasa or Dayviews. Please note that most of these pictures are now more or less ten years old, i.e. were taken in times when girls used to use digital cameras to take pictures during parties and later uploaded them publicly and without selection
